Yep, this is the most fantastic fitness blog you will find because it is NEVER degrading and ALWAYS inspiring. I currently weigh 140lbs and I'm 5'7"; my UGW is 125lbs, because that would mean that I would stilll have all of my muscle, but my body fat percentage would be significantly decreased. I love to box, cheer, play soccer, and run. So inbox me if you have any health questions or just enjoy my blog :)

Well, Recently I joined an mma gym, where I take do cardio, mma, and/or jujitsu at least 3 times a week. I’m the only girl usually, and all the guys there are in really good shape, so it helped motivate me to get better so I could keep up with them. Also, I try to run 2 miles on the days i don’t go to the gym. So that’s my excersise!
For my eating habits:
I saw this thing on Pintrest called “tips for losing weight”, so I read it and it suggested “dieting for 2 days”. That meant that 2 out of 7 days during the week, I cut my calories to 650 for the day. And the other 5 days I just eat really really healthy, but normal amounts.
For example, yesterday was a 650 calorie day, so for breakfast I had a glass of milk and 2 pieces of turkey bacon. Today is a normal day,
So I had a bowl of cream of wheat, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and a glass of mango peach juice(still healthy, just more calories).
