Yep, this is the most fantastic fitness blog you will find because it is NEVER degrading and ALWAYS inspiring. I currently weigh 140lbs and I'm 5'7"; my UGW is 125lbs, because that would mean that I would stilll have all of my muscle, but my body fat percentage would be significantly decreased.
